Bonus Credits & Promo Code:
- From time to time, we may offer bonus credits that may apply to any or certain specified users of IngeniousPlex.
- Each bonus credit will be subject to specific terms & conditions specified at the time the promo code is issued (including the length of time to use the code) by IngeniousPlex.
- The use of the credits is designated to use on IngeniousPlex only.
- The bonus credit can be used only one time by a single user on IngeniousPlex.
- You’re eligible for bonus credit if (a) you’ve created an advertiser account on IngeniousPlex and have deposited $500 or $1000 (b) you’ve created an agency account on IngeniousPlex and have deposited $1000 or $2500.
- Bonus credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-reusable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If the bonus credit is offered by the company and can’t run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors, or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security, or fairness of the bonus credit, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the bonus credit.

- Users are responsible for the payment of any taxes incurred.
- The company reserves the right to suspend a campaign and/or deny the user’s access to his account and/or cancel the user’s rights to use of bonus credits in any case of abuse by the user (i.e. – reuse of bonus credits by the same user under different accounts etc.)
- The company reserves the right to cancel the bonus credit that may breach IngeniousPlex’s Terms & Conditions.
- The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- A user can also apply a promo code in case a representative from the sales team of IngeniousPlex has offered it to them verbally or in written communication.

In case you wish to pause the activity in your account at any given time, you may do so. We may refund the unused balance in your account, if there is any, within 60 business days from the day of confirmation of your request by IngeniousPlex.
In any case, a promotional code was used during the activity period, it will be deducted from the account and will not be refundable.
A refund will only be initiated for the amount that hasn’t been charged to your account. Refunds will not be made for services already provided to you. For any “promotional funds”, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
Refunds will only be sent to the source from which the payment was made (if payment was done via credit card, a refund will be done on the same credit card). Your additional information may be required for IngeniousPlex to confirm your identity before processing any refund request.
Pre-Payment Processing Fees
Each user, by default, pays in advance for the service and is also responsible for paying the processing fees which will be deducted from the total amount the user deposits in his account, as follows:
Upon depositing any amount, the following processing fee will be levied:
- International user with US card – 2.99%
- International user with Non-US card – 3.99%
- Indian user – processing fees (3.99%) + 18% GST
A user shall pay to IngeniousPlex on the basis of the rate determined and monthly reports issued by the IngeniousPlex. Invoices are to be submitted post the completion of the month. Terms are net 30 days of the invoice date. Payments will solely be based upon the statistics compiled by IngeniousPlex’s tracking and reporting system. Each party is solely and separately responsible for its own taxes, fees, or other levels.
All overdue payments shall accrue monthly interest at the rate of 2%. All payments due hereunder are in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Advertisers shall be responsible for all applicable taxes.
Any account balance associated with a non-active user for a period exceeding 24 consecutive calendar months (“non-active user” and “non-active account”)shall be (temporarily) reset by IngeniousPlex. The aforementioned balance belonging to a non-active account / user shall remain reset until such time in which the relevant user can contact IngeniousPlex and provide them with the written request at email@example.com to have its balance either transferred directly to it or otherwise restored to the relevant non-active account.
Please note that IngeniousPlex shall only receive written requests originating in emails known to be linked to the non-active account in question and IngeniousPlex further reserves the right to ask for identifying details to verify the identity of the user in question, in appropriate cases.
