Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or the services provided shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India or the United States of America (as applicable based on the contracting entity), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and IngeniousPlex with respect to the use of IngeniousPlex’s services and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties.
IngeniousPlex reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, limit, or terminate any service, access, or functionality at any time, without prior notice or any liability for such actions.
